Jim Sayre 
Jim Sayre is a Senior Managing Director of Black River Asset Management based in San Mateo, California.
Jim serves on the boards of EcoSynthetix, GuardianEdge, MarkMonitor and Virent and oversees investments in Dust, Redpoint Bio and Proofpoint. He also served on the boards of DemandTec (NASDAQ: DMAN), iTrade Network (acq. by Accel-KKR) and oversaw investments in Compellent (NYSE: CML), Ecovation (acq.
