Arpesh Mehta is an Investment Associate with Cargill Ventures, based in San Mateo, CA.

Arpesh's experience spans multiple functions within life science. Prior to Cargill Ventures, Arpesh worked for Ceregene, a venture-backed biotech company in San Diego, where he played a key role in the development of an Alzheimer's disease therapeutic. Arpesh has also held a marketing position at Genentech and a research position at the UCLA School of Medicine. He has published numerous papers on the characterization of novel drug targets and has presented his research at international conferences.

Arpesh holds a B.A. in Biology from the University of Pennsylvania, an M.S. in Biomedical Engineering from UCLA, and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University.
