We seek drug candidates that are either in, or close to starting, human clinical trials and that align with genuine patient needs. We look for solid understanding of the molecular mechanism of the drug candidate, and weigh potential challenges to efficacy and safety. In addition, we seek opportunities with an unencumbered regulatory path and a manageable commercialization strategy.
